Terms & Conditions – Hairdresser Services in Kuwait, Kuwait City
This Invoice represents a binding agreement between Luxury Hair Studio (hereinafter referred to as "the Hairdresser") and the client named above for professional hairdressing services rendered in Kuwait, Kuwait City. By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
- All services listed in this Invoice were performed by a licensed and certified Hairdresser operating in full compliance with the Kuwait Ministry of Health regulations and the Kuwait Municipality business licensing requirements.
- The Hairdresser guarantees the quality of all services and products used. In the event of dissatisfaction with the outcome of any service listed in this Invoice, the client must notify the salon management within 48 hours of the service date for a complimentary re-do or partial refund, subject to the Hairdresser's professional assessment.
- All prices quoted in this Invoice are in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 5% as mandated by the Kuwait Tax Authority. No additional service charges will be applied beyond what is itemized above.
- The Hairdresser reserves the right to modify service packages, product lines, or pricing structures with 30 days' written notice. This Invoice reflects the pricing in effect on the date of service delivery in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
- Client personal data collected for this Invoice and associated service records shall be handled in accordance with the Kuwait Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2016). Data will not be shared with third parties without explicit written consent from the client.
- In the event of a dispute arising from this Invoice, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation. Should resolution not be achieved within 14 days, the matter shall be referred to the competent commercial court in Kuwait, Kuwait City for adjudication.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Hairdresser reserves the right to reissue the document or apply late payment penalties of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
