1. This Invoice is issued by Luxe Cuts Hairdresser Studio, a registered Hairdresser and beauty services establishment operating in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. All services listed herein were rendered at our premises located at The Gardens Mall, Mid Valley City, Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
2. Full payment of RM 1,454.85 (One Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Four Ringgit and Eighty-Five Sen) is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the Maybank account specified above, DuitNow QR, or major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) with a 2% surcharge applied for card transactions.
3. Late payments exceeding the due date will incur a penalty of 5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) and the terms agreed upon at the time of booking with our Hairdresser team.
4. All Hairdresser services are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. No refunds will be issued for services already commenced. This Invoice reflects services that have been fully completed and accepted by the client.
5. The Hairdresser colour and keratin treatments are guaranteed for a period of six (6) weeks from the service date. Any visible colour fading or treatment failure within this period, under normal home-care conditions, will be addressed by our Hairdresser at no additional charge. Please retain this Invoice as proof of service.
6. This Invoice does not constitute a warranty beyond the scope described above. The Hairdresser studio in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse responses to products applied, provided the client has disclosed all known allergies during the initial Hairdresser consultation.
7. All personal data collected for this Invoice and service record is processed in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. Your information will be used solely for billing, service follow-up, and loyalty programme purposes.
