Payment Due: Full payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments will attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Nigerian commercial practice in Lagos.

All services listed above were performed by certified and experienced Hairdresser professionals at our Victoria Island premises. This document serves as the official financial record for the Hairdresser services rendered and is valid for tax and accounting purposes in accordance with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) guidelines applicable in Nigeria Lagos.Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued by Crown & Curl Hairdresser Studio, a duly registered Hairdresser and beauty services provider in Nigeria Lagos, and constitutes a binding financial document between the Hairdresser studio and the client named above.
2. All Hairdresser services described in this Invoice were performed at our physical location in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria, on the date specified. The client acknowledges receipt and satisfaction with the quality of Hairdresser work delivered.
3. Payment for this Invoice must be made in full within fourteen (14) days of the issue date. Failure to remit payment by the due date will result in a late payment surcharge of two percent (2%) per month, in line with standard commercial practices in Nigeria Lagos.
4. All prices stated in this Invoice are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of applicable materials and products used during the Hairdresser session. VAT is calculated at the prevailing 7.5% rate as mandated by the Nigeria Lagos state tax authority.
5. The Hairdresser services listed herein are non-refundable once the session has commenced. However, in the event of a documented service deficiency, the client may request a complimentary re-do within seventy-two (72) hours of the original Hairdresser appointment.
6. This Invoice must be retained by the client for a minimum of six (6) years in compliance with Nigerian tax and record-keeping regulations applicable to businesses and individuals in Nigeria Lagos.
7. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the Hairdresser services rendered shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the Lagos State Consumer Protection Council for mediation.
8. Crown & Curl Hairdresser Studio reserves the right to update its service menu, pricing structure, and terms of engagement. This Invoice reflects the rates and conditions in effect on the date of service delivery in Nigeria Lagos.
