Payment Instructions

Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with Swiss commercial law (OR Art. 974) and the applicable VAT regulations of the Federal Tax Administration of Switzerland.
2. All prices listed on this Invoice are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the standard 7.7% Value Added Tax (MwSt) applicable in Switzerland Zurich as of 2025.
3. Cancellation policy: Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 50% fee of the booked service, which will be reflected on a supplementary Invoice if applicable.
4. This Hairdresser service Invoice is valid for a period of 90 days. After this period, a late payment surcharge of 5% per month may be applied in accordance with Swiss debt collection law (SchKG).
5. All products purchased from our Switzerland Zurich salon carry a 14-day return policy for unopened items in original packaging.
6. Your Hairdresser, Marco Steiner, recommends a follow-up colour touch-up appointment every 8–10 weeks to maintain optimal results. A 10% loyalty discount applies to returning clients.
7. In the event of a dispute regarding this Invoice, the competent court of jurisdiction is the District Court of Switzerland Zurich, Kreis 1.
