Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Hairdresser services rendered at our Tanzania Dar es Salaam studio. All charges are denominated in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and are subject to the prevailing tax rates as determined by the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA).
2. The Hairdresser services described in this Invoice were performed to the best professional standard. Any dissatisfaction regarding the quality of work must be communicated within 48 hours of the service date. After this period, the Invoice amount becomes final and non-negotiable.
3. Late payments on this Invoice will attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, in compliance with the Tanzania Business Registration and Licensing Act.
4. All Hairdresser services are covered by our studio's professional liability insurance. In the unlikely event of an adverse reaction to any product used during the Hairdresser session, our Tanzania Dar es Salaam office will coordinate with the client for appropriate medical follow-up.
5. This Invoice does not constitute a warranty for long-term hair results. Hair growth, color retention, and styling longevity depend on the client's aftercare routine, which was discussed during the final consultation with the Hairdresser.
6. For any disputes arising from this Invoice, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation at the Tanzania Dar es Salaam Chamber of Commerce. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
7. This Invoice is the property of Safari Elegance Hair Studio. Unauthorized reproduction or alteration of this document is strictly prohibited under Tanzanian law.
