Terms & Conditions – Siam Silk Hair Studio, Bangkok, Thailand
1. This invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for hairdresser services and retail products provided by Siam Silk Hair Studio, located in Bangkok, Thailand. All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as specified above.
2. The hairdresser services described in this invoice were performed to the professional standard expected of a licensed salon in Bangkok. The client acknowledges satisfaction with the services rendered at the time of completion. Any post-service concerns regarding colour accuracy or cut precision must be raised within seven (7) calendar days of the service date.
3. Retail products purchased in conjunction with this invoice are subject to a fourteen (14) day return policy, provided items are unopened and in original packaging. Returns must be made in person at our Bangkok studio location.
4. This invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the invoice date. After this period, the invoice may be reissued with updated tax calculations if applicable Thai tax regulations have changed.
5. Siam Silk Hair Studio is registered with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, Thailand. Our VAT registration number is 0-1055-67890-12-3. This invoice is issued in compliance with the Revenue Code of Thailand (B.E. 2564) and all applicable local Bangkok municipal regulations governing service businesses.
6. For any disputes regarding this invoice, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the studio manager. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Bangkok Metropolitan Court in accordance with Thai civil law.
7. This invoice may be presented to the client's accounting department for expense reimbursement. A duplicate copy may be requested by emailing [email protected] with the original invoice number.
