1. This invoice must be settled in full within 14 days of the issue date. Late payments may incur a statutory interest charge of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 applicable in the United Kingdom.
2. All hairdresser services are subject to our salon's cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% fee of the booked service value.
3. Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. The Strand Hair Studio acts solely as a retailer for all hairdresser products sold alongside services.
4. This invoice constitutes a valid tax document for the United Kingdom. A duplicate may be requested by contacting our billing department in London. Only one duplicate will be issued per invoice.
