Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement dated March 1, 2025, between Andes HR Solutions S.R.L. and Empresa Industrial del Litoral S.A., both operating in Argentina Córdoba.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco de la Nación Argentina for overdue commercial obligations.
- All services rendered by the Human Resources Manager and supporting team are subject to the confidentiality clauses outlined in the master service agreement. No employee data, compensation information, or organizational strategies shall be disclosed to third parties.
- The Human Resources Manager services described in this Invoice are non-transferable and specific to the Argentina Córdoba operational unit of the client organization.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the commercial courts of the city of Córdoba, Province of Córdoba, Argentina, in accordance with applicable Argentine commercial law.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, the amounts may be subject to adjustment based on the Consumer Price Index (IPC) published by INDEC for the Córdoba region.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified below. Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-00487 in all correspondence and remittance advices.
