Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Nile HR Consulting Group for professional Human Resources Manager services rendered to Al-Ahram Manufacturing Co. during the month of May 2025 in Egypt Cairo. All services were delivered in accordance with the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 01 January 2025, Contract Reference NHR-MSA-2025-011.
Payment Method: Bank transfer to Nile HR Consulting Group, Commercial International Bank (CIB), Cairo Main Branch. Account Name: Nile HR Consulting Group. IBAN: EG38 CIBL 0001 0100 0500 0000 1234. SWIFT: CIBLEGCA.
Payment Terms: Full payment of this Invoice is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date (i.e., by 30 June 2025). Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the MSA and in compliance with Egyptian commercial law.
Tax Note: The 14% Value Added Tax (VAT) applied on this Invoice is in accordance with the Egyptian Tax Authority regulations (Law No. 67 of 2016). A separate VAT invoice receipt will be provided upon confirmation of payment. The Human Resources Manager services described herein are classified under taxable professional services in Egypt Cairo.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved through arbitration in Cairo, Egypt, in accordance with the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Centre.
General Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Human Resources Manager consulting services as detailed above. Acceptance of this Invoice does not modify the terms of the Master Service Agreement.
2. All intellectual property, reports, frameworks, and documentation developed by the Human Resources Manager during the engagement period remain the property of Nile HR Consulting Group unless otherwise stated in the MSA.
3. Nile HR Consulting Group shall maintain confidentiality of all employee data, payroll information, and organizational records in strict compliance with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a re-issued Invoice reflecting any applicable rate adjustments.
5. The Human Resources Manager services are subject to the availability and qualifications of the assigned consultant. In the event of substitution, the client shall be notified in writing at least 5 business days in advance.
6. All amounts stated in this Invoice are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). No foreign currency conversion shall apply unless mutually agreed in writing.
7. This document is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo, Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any litigation not resolved through arbitration.
