Payment Terms & Notes
- This Invoice is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date via bank transfer to Horizon HR Consulting PLC, Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Branch: Bole, Account No: 1001-2345-6789-012.
- All amounts are stated in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). The 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied in accordance with the Ethiopian VAT Proclamation No. 285/2002 as amended.
- The 2% Withholding Tax has been deducted as per the Ethiopian Income Tax Proclamation No. 979/2016. The client is responsible for remitting the withheld amount to the Ministry of Revenues, Ethiopia Addis Ababa office.
- Payment must be made in full. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance as stipulated in the service agreement.
- This Invoice constitutes the final settlement for all Human Resources Manager services rendered during the period of 01 May 2025 to 31 May 2025. No additional charges will be applied for the services described herein.
- For any disputes or queries regarding this Invoice, please contact the undersigned Human Resources Manager or the Finance Department of Horizon HR Consulting PLC within ten (10) business days of the Invoice date.
- All services were performed in compliance with the Ethiopian Labour Proclamation, the National Social Security Proclamation, and applicable municipal regulations governing the Ethiopia Addis Ababa business environment.
