Notes and Terms
This Invoice has been prepared and issued by the undersigned Human Resources Manager, Dr. Efua Mensah, in her capacity as the lead consultant for all human capital services rendered to West Africa Manufacturing Group during the month of May 2025. All services were delivered in person at the client's premises in Ghana Accra unless otherwise noted.
The Human Resources Manager confirms that all deliverables outlined in this Invoice have been completed, reviewed, and accepted by the client's designated project sponsor. The organizational restructuring plan, performance appraisal framework, recruitment reports, and compliance audit findings have been submitted in both digital and hard-copy formats.
All rates quoted in this Invoice are inclusive of professional expertise, travel within the Ghana Accra metropolitan area, and standard administrative support. Any services rendered outside the agreed scope will be invoiced separately. This Invoice is subject to the terms and conditions of the Master Service Agreement dated 1 January 2025 between the two parties.
