Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date via bank transfer to the account specified below.
- Payment must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to the designated bank account of PT Nusantara HR Solutions, Indonesia Jakarta.
- Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, calculated from the due date of 30 June 2025.
- The Human Resources Manager services described in this Invoice are non-refundable once commenced. Any cancellation must be communicated in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the service period.
- This Invoice constitutes a final settlement for all Human Resources Manager professional services rendered during the period of 01 May 2025 to 31 May 2025 in Indonesia Jakarta.
- Disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Failure to do so shall be deemed as full acceptance of the charges listed herein.
Additional Notes
This Invoice has been prepared in accordance with the Master Service Agreement (Contract Ref: CTR/2025/HRM/0112) executed between PT Nusantara HR Solutions and PT Maju Bersama Teknologi on 01 January 2025. All Human Resources Manager services were delivered in full compliance with the terms stipulated in said agreement.
The Human Resources Manager, Dr. Ratna Wulandari, M.HR, is a certified professional registered with the Indonesian Human Resources Association (APSI) and holds valid professional liability insurance covering all services performed in Indonesia Jakarta and its surrounding metropolitan areas.
