Payment Terms and Notes
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement dated 01 March 2025 (Contract Ref. HRN-2025-003) between HR Solutions Napoli S.r.l. and MediTech Campania S.p.A. The Human Resources Manager services described herein were rendered exclusively at the client's premises in Naples, Italy, and at the provider's office in the historic center of Napoli.
- Payment Method: Bank Transfer (Bonifico Bancario) to IBAN: IT60 X054 2811 1000 0000 0123 456, BIC/SWIFT: BLOPIT22. Please reference Invoice No. INV-2025-00847 in the transfer memo.
- Payment Deadline: 30 days from the date of issue (15 July 2025). Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2002.
