Terms & Conditions

This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the issue date. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as stipulated under Japan's Late Payment of Price Act. All services rendered by the Human Resources Manager are subject to the Master Service Agreement dated January 10, 2025, executed in Japan Kyoto. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Japan Kyoto District Court.

Important Notes Regarding This Invoice

1. This Invoice covers all professional services delivered by the designated Human Resources Manager, Ms. Yuki Tanaka, during the period of April 1 through June 30, 2025, at the client's Japan Kyoto headquarters and associated satellite offices within the Japan Kyoto metropolitan area.

2. All rates quoted in this Invoice are exclusive of applicable Japanese national consumption tax and Japan Kyoto municipal surcharges, which have been itemized separately above in compliance with the Japan Kyoto Metropolitan Tax Bureau regulations.

3. The Human Resources Manager services described herein were performed in strict adherence to the Japan Labor Standards Act (Act No. 49 of 1947), the Japan Act on the Secrecy of Personal Information, and all applicable Japan Kyoto prefectural labor ordinances in effect during the service period.

4. Should the client require additional Human Resources Manager engagement beyond the scope outlined in this Invoice, a supplementary Invoice shall be issued with a minimum 14-day advance notice, and all additional fees will be calculated at the same hourly rate of ¥18,500 per hour as established in the original contract.

5. This Invoice is valid for payment processing within Japan and for international remittance. For international payments, the client is advised to include the full Japan Kyoto address and Invoice reference number to avoid processing delays at the receiving financial institution.

6. A duplicate copy of this Invoice may be requested from the billing department of Kyoto Talent Solutions Co., Ltd., located in Japan Kyoto, by submitting a written request to the email address listed in the header. The Human Resources Manager overseeing this account will ensure prompt issuance of any required duplicates.
