Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is issued by Golden Pagoda HR Consulting Co., Ltd., a registered professional services firm operating in Myanmar Yangon, for the exclusive engagement of a qualified Human Resources Manager to deliver the services itemized above.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Myanmar commercial practice.
- All services rendered by the Human Resources Manager are subject to the confidentiality agreement signed on 01 March 2025. No employee data, payroll records, or proprietary HR strategies of Myanmar Yangon Industrial Development Corporation shall be disclosed to third parties.
- The Human Resources Manager shall comply with all applicable Myanmar Labour Law (2011), the Myanmar Social Security Law, and local Myanmar Yangon municipal labour regulations throughout the engagement period.
- This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. After the due date, the Invoice may be subject to re-issuance with updated tax calculations if Myanmar fiscal policy changes.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through mediation in Myanmar Yangon before escalation to the Yangon District Court.
- The Human Resources Manager reserves the right to adjust service scope with written notice of at least seven (7) days. Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Invoice will be billed separately via a supplementary Invoice.
- All amounts stated in this Invoice are in Myanmar Kyat (MMK). No foreign currency conversion applies unless mutually agreed in writing.
