Payment Terms & Conditions
1. Payment for this Invoice is due within 15 calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., on or before 30 June 2025. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per the agreement.
2. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Nabil Bank, Baneshwor Branch, Kathmandu, Nepal (Account No. 012-456789-01) or by certified cheque payable to "Shree Himalayan HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd."
3. All amounts are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). This Invoice is subject to the VAT and Service Tax regulations of the Inland Revenue Department, Nepal.
4. In the event of any dispute regarding the services rendered by the Human Resources Manager, both parties agree to resolve the matter through amicable negotiation in Kathmandu, Nepal before resorting to legal proceedings.
Important Notes
1. This Invoice covers all professional services delivered by Ms. Sunita Sharma, Human Resources Manager, during the specified billing period. Any additional services requested after the due date will be invoiced separately.
2. The Human Resources Manager has submitted all deliverables, including the revised HR Policy Manual, the Compensation Benchmarking Report for the Nepal Kathmandu market, and the Employee Engagement Survey findings, to the client's designated representative by 14 June 2025.
