Important Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice represents the final settlement for all Human Resources Manager professional services rendered between 2nd June 2025 and 14th June 2025. No additional charges shall be incurred for the engagement period specified herein.
2. All services were delivered in compliance with the Labour Act (Cap L1, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004) and applicable Nigeria Lagos State employment regulations. The Human Resources Manager warrants that all recommendations and deliverables are free from intellectual property infringement.
3. Confidentiality: All employee data, salary structures, and organizational information accessed during the engagement remain strictly confidential. The Human Resources Manager is bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed on 28th May 2025, valid for a period of three (3) years.
4. Disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Lagos, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004).
5. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Human Resources Manager reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with applicable adjustments.
