Invoice Notes & Terms of Service
This Invoice is issued by Al Noor HR Consulting LLC, a duly registered professional services firm operating in Qatar Doha, in accordance with the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 01 January 2025 between the parties. The Human Resources Manager services described herein are provided on a monthly retainer basis and are subject to the terms outlined in the signed contract.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as permitted under Qatar commercial law.
- The Human Resources Manager assigned to this engagement is Ms. Fatima Al-Thani, who holds a valid professional license issued by the Ministry of Labour, State of Qatar, and is fully authorized to perform all HR functions on behalf of the client in Qatar Doha.
- All services rendered under this Invoice comply with the Qatar Labour Law (Law No. 14 of 2004), the Qatar Private Sector Wage Protection System (WPS) regulations, and all applicable directives from the Ministry of Labour and Social Development.
- This Invoice does not constitute a guarantee of specific employment outcomes. The Human Resources Manager provides professional advisory, operational, and strategic support; final hiring, termination, and disciplinary decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client organization.
- Confidentiality: All employee data, compensation structures, and organizational information accessed during the provision of Human Resources Manager services in Qatar Doha are subject to strict confidentiality obligations as defined in Section 12 of the MSA.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Qatar International and Financial Centre (QIFC) Courts in Doha, in accordance with the governing law clause of the MSA.
