Payment Terms and Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Master Service Agreement (Contract No. BIC-HR-2025-019) dated 01 January 2025 between NorthBridge HR Consulting LLC and Baltic Industrial Group JSC, both registered in Russia Saint Petersburg.
Payment of the full Invoice amount of 2,309,580.00 RUB (Two Million Three Hundred Nine Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Rubles and 00 Kopecks) is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified above. Please reference Invoice No. NB-HR-2025-00847 in the payment remittance details. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.05% per calendar day as stipulated in Article 14 of the Master Service Agreement.
All services rendered by the Human Resources Manager and supporting team are subject to the confidentiality provisions outlined in the Non-Disclosure Agreement executed on 01 January 2025. No portion of this Invoice or the underlying services may be disclosed to third parties without written consent from both parties.
Important Notes
This Invoice covers professional Human Resources Manager services exclusively for the month of May 2025. Any additional services requested outside the scope of the Master Service Agreement will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval from the Client.
All rates quoted in this Invoice are in Russian Rubles (RUB) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard rate of 20% as per the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. The Human Resources Manager services are classified under OKVED code 70.22 (Business and Management Consulting Activities).
Should the Client require a duplicate copy of this Invoice or wish to dispute any line item, please contact the billing department at [email protected] within ten (10) business days of the Invoice date. Disputes not raised within this period shall be deemed accepted.
This document constitutes a valid Invoice for accounting and tax purposes in the Russian Federation. It is issued in English for the convenience of the Client's international reporting requirements and carries the same legal weight as a Russian-language equivalent.
