Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fifteen (15) calendar days of the issue date, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment is to be made in West African CFA Francs (XOF) via bank transfer to the account below. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the master service agreement.

This Invoice covers the professional services rendered by the Human Resources Manager, Mme Aïssatou Ndiaye, during the month of May 2025 under the terms of Contract HR-CONTRACT-2025-012. All services were performed on-site at the client's facilities in Dakar, Senegal, and at the Senegal HR Solutions office in the Plateau district.
The Human Resources Manager confirms that all deliverables outlined in the Statement of Work have been completed and accepted by the client's designated project sponsor. Any additional services requested outside the scope of this Invoice will be billed separately with prior written authorization.
