This invoice must be settled within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date, no later than 15 July 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account held in Spain:

Please note that in accordance with Spanish tax regulations, the 15% IRPF withholding has been applied to the professional services rendered by the Human Resources Manager. The corresponding tax certificate (Certificado de Retenciones) will be issued to Grupo Empresarial Ibérico S.A. by 31 January 2026 for submission to the Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria (AEAT).
Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate established by the Spanish Law on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions (Ley 3/2004), currently set at the European Central Bank reference rate plus 10 percentage points, plus a fixed compensation amount of €40 per invoice.
