Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement dated 01 March 2025 between Apex HR Solutions Ltd. and East African Manufacturing Corp. The Human Resources Manager services described herein were rendered at the client's premises in Uganda Kampala and at the provider's office on Kampala Road.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., by 30 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Apex HR Solutions Ltd., Stanbic Bank Uganda, Account No: 0102-3456-7890, Branch: Kampala Road.
- Overdue payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month as stipulated under the Uganda Interest Act, 2010.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued reflecting any applicable tax rate changes.
- All services rendered by the Human Resources Manager are subject to the confidentiality clause outlined in Section 12 of the master services agreement.

Please reference Invoice number AHR-2025-00487 in all correspondence and payment remittances. The Human Resources Manager, Mr. David Okello, is available for any queries regarding the line items detailed in this Invoice. All services were performed in full compliance with the Uganda Labour Act 2020, the Uganda Revenue Authority tax regulations, and the professional standards set by the Uganda Institute of Human Resource Management (UIHRM).
This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for all Human Resources Manager professional services rendered during the period of 01 May 2025 to 31 May 2025 at the Uganda Kampala operational site. No additional charges shall be incurred for the services listed herein. Should the client require further engagement of the Human Resources Manager beyond the scope of this Invoice, a separate statement of work and revised Invoice will be issued prior to commencement of additional services.
