This Invoice is issued by Meridian HR Consulting LLC, a licensed Human Resources Manager and consulting firm registered in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi, in accordance with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations governing commercial invoicing in the UAE.
- Payment Terms: Payment of the full Invoice amount of AED 293,756.00 is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per UAE commercial practice.

- Service Scope: All services rendered by the Human Resources Manager team are limited to the scope described in the line items above. Any additional or out-of-scope work will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval from the client.
