Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable VAT laws in force in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- All services rendered by the Human Resources Manager are governed by the Master Service Agreement (Contract Ref: HRM-ENG-2025-0112) executed between Meridian HR Consulting LLC and Al Noor Hospitality Group FZE.
- Any amount not received by the due date of 15 July 2025 shall be subject to a late payment penalty of 2% per month, in compliance with UAE commercial law.
- The Human Resources Manager shall maintain full confidentiality of all employee data, payroll records, and organisational information in strict accordance with the UAE Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
- All services are to be performed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Human Resources Manager reserves the right to re-quote rates based on prevailing market conditions in the United Arab Emirates.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts or, at the client's election, through arbitration under the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules.
- Meridian HR Consulting LLC is a licensed entity operating under the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All engagements comply with the UAE Commercial Companies Law (Federal Law No. 32 of 2021).
