Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued by HR Solutions Tashkent LLC in accordance with the professional services agreement (Contract No. HR-CT-2025-019) between the parties. All services rendered by the Human Resources Manager, Dilnoza Yusupova, were performed in Uzbekistan Tashkent during the billing period specified above.
The Human Resources Manager's professional services are governed by the standards set forth by the Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry. All deliverables, including workforce plans, recruitment reports, compensation analyses, and compliance documentation, have been submitted to the client's Director of Operations by 12 June 2025.
Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the master service agreement. The Human Resources Manager's services are non-refundable once the engagement period has commenced.
This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the Human Resources Manager reserves the right to reissue the document with updated rates reflecting current Uzbekistan Tashkent market conditions. All amounts are denominated in Uzbek Som (UZS) and are subject to the 12% Value Added Tax as mandated by the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
For any disputes arising from this Invoice, the parties agree to resolve matters through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Center. The Human Resources Manager's professional liability is limited to the total value of this Invoice.
