Invoice Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is issued by TalentBridge HR Solutions C.A., a registered professional services firm operating in Venezuela Caracas, for the provision of Human Resources Manager consulting services as detailed above.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice. Late payments will incur a monthly interest rate of 1.5% in accordance with Venezuelan commercial law.
- All services rendered by the Human Resources Manager were performed in compliance with the Ley Orgánica del Trabajo, los Trabajadores y los Trabajadoras (LOTTT) and applicable regulations of the Ministry of Labor in Venezuela Caracas.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer to: Banco Mercantil, Account No. 0105-0045-87-2025004871, in US Dollars (USD) or its equivalent in Bolívares (VES) at the BCV official exchange rate on the date of payment.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, the Human Resources Manager services described herein will require a revised quotation and new Invoice documentation.
- All intellectual property related to the HR strategies, frameworks, and documentation developed by the Human Resources Manager during the engagement period shall remain the property of TalentBridge HR Solutions C.A. unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For any disputes arising from this Invoice, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Venezuela Caracas, Chacao Municipality.
