2. All services were delivered in compliance with the Vietnamese Labour Code 2019, the Enterprise Income Tax Law, and applicable regulations of the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (DOLISA) of Ho Chi Minh City.
3. The Human Resources Manager's engagement is governed by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 01 January 2025, Contract No. MSA-2025-012, executed in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
4. This Invoice is issued in accordance with Circular 78/2021/TT-BTC on electronic invoicing. The electronic Invoice is legally valid and equivalent to a paper Invoice under Vietnamese law.
5. For any disputes regarding this Invoice, the parties agree to resolve matters through negotiation first, followed by arbitration at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Ho Chi Minh City.
