2. All services were performed in compliance with Tanzanian labor laws, safety regulations, and professional engineering standards as established by the Engineers Registration Board of Tanzania.
3. The Industrial Engineer services described herein include on-site consultation, analysis, design, training, and documentation as specified in the project scope.
4. Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date. Please remit payment to the bank account specified above.
5. Any disputes regarding this invoice must be raised in writing within 14 days of receipt. Failure to do so will be considered acceptance of the charges.
6. This invoice is subject to the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Dar es Salaam.
7. All intellectual property rights in reports, designs, and methodologies developed during this engagement remain with OptiFlow Engineering Solutions Ltd. unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Withholding tax has been calculated in accordance with Tanzanian Revenue Authority regulations for professional services.
