Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Journalist, Ahmad Rahimi, in connection with professional media services rendered in and around Afghanistan Kabul during the period of 1 June 2025 through 14 June 2025.
- Payment of the full amount stated on this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
- All content produced by the Journalist during the engagement in Afghanistan Kabul shall be the intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. The Journalist retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio.
- The Journalist warrants that all reporting conducted in Afghanistan Kabul was carried out in accordance with the principles of the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) Code of Ethics and applicable local press regulations.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Afghanistan Kabul before escalation to international arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.
