Payment Terms & Notes on This Invoice
- Payment Due Date: This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 15 July 2025.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to the Journalist's account at Bank of Algeria (BNA), Branch Algeria Algiers Hydra. IBAN: DZ76 0010 0010 0123 4567 8901 2345. Reference: INV-ALG-2025-0047.
- Currency: All amounts on this Invoice are denominated in Algerian Dinars (DZD). No foreign currency transactions apply.
- Late Payment: In the event of non-payment by the due date, a late penalty of 1.5% per month shall be applied in accordance with Algerian commercial law (Code de Commerce, Article 1234).
- Disputes: Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent commercial court in Algeria Algiers, in accordance with the jurisdictional provisions of the Algerian Code of Civil Procedure.

This Invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document under Algerian law and may be presented to the Direction des Impôts d'Alger (Algiers Tax Authority) for tax deduction purposes. A duplicate of this Invoice may be requested in writing by the client within ninety (90) days of the issue date.
The Journalist is registered with the Algerian Press Authority (Autorité de Régulation de la Presse) and holds a valid professional press card. All reporting activities conducted in Algeria Algiers and its surrounding provinces were carried out under the legal framework of the Law on the Press and Publication (Loi n° 05-03 du 14 février 2005).
