1. This invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement (Contract No. CT-2025-EDP-0031) executed between the undersigned journalist and Editorial del Plata S.A. The total amount due is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than July 15, 2025.
2. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the CBU account specified above, or by certified cheque drawn on any bank operating in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The journalist reserves the right to suspend ongoing services in the event of non-payment beyond the due date.
3. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month (or fraction thereof) shall apply to any outstanding balance after the due date, in compliance with Article 768 of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code. Additionally, the journalist may apply the interest rate established by the Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA) for overdue commercial credits.
4. All amounts stated in this invoice are denominated in Argentine Pesos (ARS). In the event of significant currency devaluation exceeding 15% between the issue date and the payment date, the journalist reserves the right to request a proportional adjustment in accordance with the contractual provisions.
5. This invoice is issued by a professional journalist registered with the Registro Nacional de Periodistas (National Journalist Registry) under license number 12.847. 6. The services described in this invoice are governed by the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code, the Ley de Contrato de Trabajo (Labor Contract Law) where applicable, and the Ley de Propiedad Intelectual (Intellectual Property Law, Law 11.723). 8. The journalist confirms that all reporting activities were conducted in full compliance with the Código de Ética del Periodista Argentino (Argentine Journalist Code of Ethics) and applicable data protection regulations (Ley 25.326 de Protección de los Datos Personales). All interviewees were informed of the purpose of their participation, and consent was obtained where required.
9. Any disputes arising from this invoice or the underlying service contract shall be resolved through the competent courts of the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply.
