Upon clearance of payment, a non-exclusive, perpetual licence is granted to The Herald Tribune Publishing Group for editorial use in print, digital, and broadcast media within Australia Melbourne and internationally.
3. The Journalist confirms that all sources cited in the delivered articles have been approached in accordance with Australian privacy legislation, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Victorian Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014. No confidential source identities have been disclosed without prior written consent.
4. Should the client require any amendments, additional fact-checking, or supplementary reporting related to the services described in this Invoice, a separate change order and revised Invoice will be issued prior to the commencement of any additional work.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice must be reissued to reflect any applicable changes in GST rates or exchange conditions relevant to the Australia Melbourne jurisdiction.
