Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Freelance Journalist Service Agreement dated 28 April 2025 between the undersigned Journalist and The Daily Observer (Dhaka Edition).
- All journalistic content, including articles, photographs, and reports delivered under this Invoice, shall remain the intellectual property of the hiring publication upon full and final payment.
- The Journalist warrants that all reporting conducted in Bangladesh Dhaka and its surrounding areas is original, factually accurate, and free from plagiarism or unauthorized use of third-party material.
- Any revisions or corrections to the delivered content must be requested in writing within 7 working days of the Invoice date. Revisions beyond this period may incur additional charges.
- This Invoice is subject to the Press and Journalists Registration Act, 1994 of Bangladesh, and all applicable media regulations enforced by the Press Council of Bangladesh.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2001 of Bangladesh.
- The Journalist reserves the right to withhold publication of any sensitive reporting material until full payment of this Invoice has been confirmed in the company's accounts.
