This invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement dated 01 January 2025 between the undersigned journalist and Grupo Editorial Paulista S.A. All journalistic content delivered under this invoice remains the intellectual property of the client upon full payment, as stipulated in the original contract.
The journalist confirms that all reporting activities were conducted in full compliance with the Brazilian Constitution (Article 5, items IV, IX, and XIV), the Lei de Imprensa (Law No. 5.250/1967, as amended), and the professional ethics code established by the Associação Brasileira de Imprensa (ABI).
All services were rendered within the municipality of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil. The applicable municipal service tax (ISS) is levied at the rate of 5% as per the São Paulo municipal tax code (Código Tributário Municipal – Lei Complementar nº 107/2001).
This invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the issue date. After this period, the amounts listed herein are subject to recalculation based on the current exchange rate and applicable tax adjustments. The journalist reserves the right to issue a revised invoice should any tax legislation changes occur in the State of São Paulo or at the federal level before the due date.
For any disputes arising from this invoice, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, as per the venue clause in the master services agreement.
