- Payment is due in full within 30 days. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in compliance with the Civil Code of Quebec.
- All intellectual property rights to the published articles, photographs, and video footage transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this invoice. The journalist retains the right to use excerpts for portfolio and academic purposes.
- This invoice is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable in the jurisdiction of Canada Montreal. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
