All services were performed within the jurisdiction of Chile Santiago, Región Metropolitana de Santiago, in full compliance with the Chilean Labor Code and the Ley de Prensa N° 19.733.

Legal & Regulatory Notice
This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved in the competent courts of Chile Santiago, Región Metropolitana. The Journalist is registered with the Colegio de Periodistas de Chile and operates under the professional standards established by the Código de Ética de la Prensa Chilena.
The services described in this Invoice were rendered in the capacity of an independent professional journalist. The Journalist is not an employee, agent, or partner of the client. This Invoice does not create any employment relationship. All tax obligations, including the withholding of applicable income tax (Impuesto a la Renta) under the Chilean tax regime, are the responsibility of the client as stipulated in the Ley sobre Impuesto a la Renta, Ley N° 18.079.
By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges that all journalistic work was conducted with due diligence, adherence to ethical reporting standards, and respect for the rights of all individuals mentioned or depicted in the delivered content. The Journalist warrants that all information presented is accurate to the best of her professional knowledge at the time of publication.
This document constitutes a valid fiscal document (factura) for tax purposes in Chile. A digital copy of this Invoice is equally valid under the regulations of the Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII) de Chile.
