Payment Terms & Instructions

This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 15, 2025. Payment shall be made via international wire transfer (T/T) to the bank account specified above. The client is advised to reference Invoice No. BCG-2025-04871 in the remittance advice to ensure proper reconciliation by our accounts department in China Beijing. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per calendar day as stipulated under the Service Agreement dated March 1, 2025. All transactions are subject to the foreign exchange regulations of the People's Bank of China. The Journalist services rendered under this Invoice are non-refundable once the reporting assignment has commenced.

  • This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement (Contract No. BCG-GNS-2025-003) executed between Beijing Chronicle Media Group and Global News Syndicate International.
  • All Journalist services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the Press Law of the People's Republic of China and the regulations governing foreign media operations in China Beijing.
  • The Journalist assigned to this assignment holds a valid Foreign Press Card issued by the State Council Information Office of China, valid through December 31, 2025.
  • Intellectual property rights for all articles, photographs, and video content produced by the Journalist under this Invoice are transferred to the client upon full settlement of the amount due, as per Section 14 of the Service Agreement.
  • This Invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document for tax deduction purposes in the client's jurisdiction. A Chinese VAT special invoice (fapiao) will be provided separately upon request for domestic tax filing in China Beijing.
  • Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Beijing.
