Invoice Notes & Journalist Service Terms
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement (Contract No. SCBC-GZM-2025-044) executed between South China Broadcasting Corporation and Guangzhou Media & Press Services Ltd. on April 1, 2025, governing the provision of professional journalist services within the China Guangzhou metropolitan area and the broader Guangdong Province region.
All journalist deliverables referenced in this Invoice have been reviewed and accepted by the client's editorial board. The journalist's work product, including all written articles, broadcast scripts, and documentary contributions, remains the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice, subject to the journalist's right of byline attribution as stipulated in Section 7 of the Service Agreement.
The journalist services were performed in full compliance with the Press Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Administration of Internet News Information Services, and all applicable local regulations of the Guangzhou Municipal Press and Publication Bureau. The journalist holds a valid Press Card (No. GZ-2024-08821) issued by the China Press and Publication Association.
Payment Terms & Instructions
Payment Due: Within 30 calendar days from the Invoice date (i.e., no later than August 13, 2025).
