Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of the Journalist as listed below, or by certified cheque drawn on any commercial bank operating in Egypt Alexandria.

Any payment received after the due date shall be subject to a late fee of 2% per month, in accordance with the Egyptian Commercial Code. The Journalist reserves the right to suspend ongoing services until full settlement of this Invoice is confirmed.
Notes & Additional Information
1. All journalistic content delivered under this Invoice remains the intellectual property of the Journalist until full payment is received. Upon clearance of the Net Amount Due, exclusive publication rights for the specified media channels are transferred to Alexandria Media Group Ltd.
2. The Journalist confirms that all reporting activities were conducted in full compliance with the Egyptian Press Law No. 92 of 1996 (as amended) and the regulations of the Supreme Council of the Press in Egypt Alexandria.
3. This Invoice has been issued in accordance with the Egyptian Tax Authority's electronic invoicing requirements. A digital copy is available upon request via the client's procurement portal.
4. Should the client require any amendments, additional reporting, or supplementary materials related to the services described herein, a revised Invoice will be issued separately with updated line items and totals.
5. All personal data processed in connection with this Invoice is handled in compliance with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
