Payment Terms & Notes

This invoice is issued in accordance with the commercial agreement between Frankfurt Media & Journalism Services GmbH and the Frankfurt Financial Press Association e.V., dated 12 January 2025. All journalist services described herein were performed within the city of Frankfurt am Main, Hesse, Germany, during the service period specified above.

  • Payment Method: Bank transfer (SEPA) to IBAN: DE89 5001 0517 0400 0123 45, BIC: PBNKDEFF. Please reference Invoice No. FMJS-2025-00487 in your payment transfer.
  • Payment Deadline: Full payment is due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025, as stipulated under Section 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
  • Overdue Payments: In the event of late payment, statutory interest of 8 percentage points above the European Central Bank base rate will be applied, in compliance with German commercial law (HGB § 353).
