Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued by Accra Media & Communications Ltd. for professional Journalist services rendered in and around Ghana Accra during the period of 2 June 2025 to 13 June 2025. All Journalist personnel engaged under this Invoice are registered with the Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) and hold valid press credentials issued by the Ghana Police Service for operations within the Ghana Accra metropolitan region.
The total amount due on this Invoice is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account details provided below. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under the Ghanaian Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772) and applicable commercial law.
All Journalist deliverables, including written articles, broadcast scripts, video footage, and photographic materials, shall be transferred to the client upon full and final settlement of this Invoice. Intellectual property rights to the final published works shall vest in the client as per the service agreement dated 28 May 2025.
