Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Journalist, Arjun Mehta, for professional journalism services rendered to The National Chronicle Media Pvt. Ltd. in India New Delhi during the period of 1 June 2025 to 14 June 2025.
All journalistic content, photographs, and video materials referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Journalist until full payment is received. Upon clearance of the Grand Total amount, all rights to the published material shall be transferred to the client as per the signed service agreement dated 25 May 2025.

- Payment is due within 15 days from the date of this Invoice. The Journalist reserves the right to suspend ongoing services if payment is delayed beyond the stipulated period.
- All amounts mentioned in this Invoice are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as per the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act, 2017, as enforced in India New Delhi.
- The Journalist shall not be held liable for any third-party claims arising from the content of the journalistic work unless the content is found to be deliberately defamatory or in violation of Indian law.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
- This Invoice is computer-generated and does not require a physical signature. However, a digital signature and company seal are affixed for authentication purposes.
