Notes Regarding This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 25 May 2025 between Meridian Media & Journalist Services and PT Nusantara Digital Communications.
- All Journalist services rendered were performed in compliance with the Indonesian Press Council (Dewan Pers) code of ethics and professional standards applicable in Indonesia Jakarta.
- The Journalist retains all intellectual property rights to original reporting materials unless otherwise specified in the master service agreement. The client receives a non-exclusive license to reproduce the delivered articles and press releases for internal and external corporate communications.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated in the service contract.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Please reference Invoice number INV/2025/JKT/00472 in all correspondence and remittances.
Terms and Conditions
1. The Journalist services described in this Invoice were completed and delivered to the client's designated representative on 14 June 2025. Acceptance of deliverables is deemed confirmed upon receipt of the final media monitoring report.
2. Any additional Journalist services requested beyond the scope of the original engagement will be billed separately and require prior written approval from both parties.
3. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying service agreement shall be resolved through the Commercial Court in Indonesia Jakarta.
4. The Journalist is not liable for third-party media decisions regarding publication, editing, or distribution of the delivered content. The Journalist guarantees factual accuracy to the best of professional diligence at the time of reporting.
5. All personal data processed in connection with this Invoice and the associated services shall be handled in accordance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27 of 2022).
