Terms and Conditions of This Invoice

- All journalistic content, photographs, and recorded media produced by the Journalist under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the Journalist until full payment of this Invoice is received in cleared funds.
- The Journalist warrants that all reporting conducted in Iran Tehran was carried out in full compliance with local press regulations, the Press Law of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and all applicable international media ethics standards.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, with the seat of arbitration to be determined by mutual agreement of the parties.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of all services rendered by the Journalist for the period specified. No additional charges shall be applied beyond the amounts listed herein unless a written amendment is executed by both parties.
- The Journalist reserves the right to publish excerpts of the reported material in personal portfolios and professional publications, provided that the client's editorial rights and embargo agreements are fully respected.
