Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the journalist's designated account at the Central Bank of Iraq, Baghdad branch, or by certified cheque payable to Ahmad Khalid Al-Rashid.

Any late payment beyond the due date of 30 June 2025 shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per week, in accordance with the freelance journalist service agreement signed on 01 January 2025 in Baghdad, Iraq.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the freelance journalist engagement contract (Ref: JRN-IRQ-2025-Q2) between the undersigned Journalist and Al-Mesopotamia Media Group, both operating within the jurisdiction of Baghdad, Iraq.
2. All journalistic content, photographs, and video materials referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Journalist until full payment is received. Upon clearance of this Invoice, a non-exclusive license for editorial use is granted to the client.
3. The Journalist confirms that all reporting activities were conducted in full compliance with the Iraqi Press and Publications Law (No. 21 of 1969, as amended) and the ethical standards of the Baghdad Journalists Syndicate.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Journalist reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated rates reflecting current market conditions in Iraq Baghdad.
5. For any disputes arising from this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve matters through the Baghdad Commercial Arbitration Centre before pursuing any legal action in the Iraqi courts.
