Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Journalist's account at Bank Hapoalim, Israel Jerusalem branch, or by certified check drawn on any Israeli bank. The Journalist reserves the right to suspend all ongoing and future services until the full amount specified on this Invoice is received in full.
Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the Israeli Interest Law, 5731-1971. All amounts are denominated in New Israeli Shekels (ILS). The Journalist is registered as a self-employed professional in Israel Jerusalem and is subject to the Israeli Value Added Tax (VAT) regulations administered by the Israel Tax Authority.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers all journalistic services rendered by the undersigned Journalist between 01 June 2025 and 15 June 2025. All reporting, photography, and video content produced under this engagement remains the exclusive intellectual property of the Journalist until full payment of this Invoice is confirmed in writing by the client.
The Journalist confirms that all services were performed in full compliance with the Israeli Press Law, the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the ethical guidelines of the Israel Press Council. All sources were handled with the confidentiality required by Israeli journalistic standards. The Journalist operated within the jurisdiction of Israel Jerusalem and all applicable municipal and national regulations were observed throughout the engagement.
Please retain this Invoice for your accounting records. For any disputes regarding the line items or the total amount on this Invoice, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Should resolution not be achieved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel Jerusalem.
