Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of this Invoice. Payment is due no later than July 15, 2025. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Israeli Late Payment Law (5% per annum above the base rate).

2. The Journalist, Dr. Miriam Levi, confirms that all reporting, research, and editorial services described in this Invoice were conducted in full compliance with the Israeli Press and Publication Law, 5728-1968, and the Broadcasting Authority of Israel guidelines.
3. All intellectual property rights to the journalistic content produced under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice, as stipulated in the Master Service Agreement dated April 1, 2025.
4. This Invoice is valid for a period of 90 days from the issue date. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel Tel Aviv, in accordance with Israeli law.
5. The Journalist reserves the right to publish a summary of the investigative findings in independent media outlets, provided that no confidential client information is disclosed, in line with the freedom of the press guaranteed under the Israeli Basic Law: Human Dignity and Liberty.
