Payment Deadline: This invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2002 on late payment in commercial transactions. Tax Note: The journalist services described herein are subject to Italian Value Added Tax (IVA) at the standard rate of 22% as per Article 19 of DPR 633/1972.
