Notes Regarding This Invoice
This invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement signed on April 15, 2025, between Tanaka Media & Editorial Services and the Kyoto International Press Bureau. All journalist services described above were performed exclusively within the Japan Kyoto metropolitan area and its surrounding prefectural districts.
The journalist, Kenji Tanaka, holds a valid press card issued by the Japan Press Club Association (No. JPCA-2018-4471) and full accreditation from the Japan Kyoto Municipal Government for access to all public and restricted cultural heritage sites referenced in this invoice.
All intellectual property rights to the written articles, photographic content, and video footage produced under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. The journalist retains the right to display a limited portfolio selection (no more than 20 images) for professional credential purposes.
This invoice must be settled within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in Section 7.3 of the master service agreement.
