Terms, Conditions & Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice is issued by Al-Nahda Media & Journalism Group for professional Journalist services rendered in and around Kuwait Kuwait City. All services described herein were performed in full compliance with the Kuwaiti Press and Publications Law (Law No. 1 of 2006) and the regulations of the Kuwaiti Media Regulatory Authority.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Kuwaiti commercial law.
- All Journalist deliverables, including written articles, video footage, photographs, and broadcast segments, shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
- The Journalist, Mr. Khalid Al-Mubarak, holds a valid press card issued by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Information and is authorized to conduct reporting activities throughout Kuwait Kuwait City and its surrounding governorates.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait Kuwait City, in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable rate adjustments.
- All amounts are quoted in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). No foreign currency conversion shall apply unless mutually agreed in writing by both parties.
